Eze.20:33-44

​​

33 As I live, saith the The Most High, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out,

will I rule over you:

YAHUAH will rule over the Israelites with the law (Example: Isa.66:17-18)

​​

34 And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.

YAHUAH will gather his chosen ones with force. From all over the world. Some will be separated from their families. A dramatic move. (like in Ex.6:6)

​

35 And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people,

He will gather his chosen ones in the wilderness of the people.

The wilderness of the people is outside of the cities.

Read Eze.20:10, 13, 15, 17, 23

and there will I plead with you face to face.

YAHUAH will directly deal with the Israelites

​

36 Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt,

Our forefathers in the time of Moses wandered 40 years in the wilderness of Egypt. Again YAHUAH will purge the Israelites, before they will enter modern-day Israel.

​

so will I plead with you, saith The Most High

It will be the same as in the time of Moses.

​

37 And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:

He will make the Israelites obey Him.

​

38 And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am The Most High.

Many Israelites will make it out of Babylon and into the "Borders of ancient Israel", but they will not enter into Modern-day Israel, because they are rebels; they will not fully obey YAHUAH.  Yahusha will personally lead the obedient Israelites into Modern day Israel. Prov.2:21. Amos 9:9-10

39 As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith The Most High; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, if ye will not hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.

In other words YAHUAH is saying: "Make up your mind on who you will serve. If you want to serve me, than do it correct and all the way. Otherwise go and serve the idols. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

40 For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith The Most High, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.

A sanctified, purged and purified Israel will serve YAHUAH

​

41 I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.

The Israelites will be gathered within the "Borders of Ancient Israel" in Moab and Edom (Southern Jordan). They will be recognized worldwide as the holy and chosen nation of YAHUAH.

42 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.

The sanctified and purified Israelites will be led by Yahusha into Modern day Israel

​

43 And there shall ye remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein ye have been defiled; and ye shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that ye have committed.

When the Israelites are led into Modern day Israel, they will realize how deep they have sinned throughout history.

​

44 And ye shall know that I am The Most High, when I have wrought with you for my name's sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O ye house of Israel, saith The Most High.

The Israelites will be very thankful and humble; because YAHUAH did not repay them according to their ways. They realize they should have been destroyed and annihilated a long time ago. But thanks to the mercies and grace of YAHUAH and because HE is faithful to his own name.

​Why must we go to the wilderness?

​

​Scripture says in Eze.20:34-38 that we will be purged by YAHUAH

​

in the wilderness. Therefore we must be there.

​

What is so special about the wilderness?

​

Its away from the influence of Babylon. Away from the cities.

A place where you are free to worship and obey YAHUAH.

​

What will happen in the wilderness?

​

According to Zec.2:1-5 The Israelites will live there in several tent encampments.

"Towns without walls". YAHUAH will protect the Israelites by a wall of fire round about.

The Israelites will live in safety. They will have cattle.

​

According to Eze.38 We learn that the world armies will come against the Israelites, but at the climax Yahusha will appear and protect the Israelites. He will destroy the world armies.

Eze.39:1-7

​

After the wilderness time Yahusha  will lead the obedient Israelites into Modern day Israel. From there they will rule the world together with Yahusha Christ. Read: Eze.20:42. The rebels amongst Israel will not enter Modern day Israel and they will not rule with Yahusha . Eze.20:38
